Hisyam holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (majoring in International Business with Finance) from University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. Hisyam has more than 14 years of vast working experience in various organizations at Telekom Group, 3ntity Berhad and was the former Manager (Channel Management Dept) with UEM Group.

In the area of translation, proofreading and copywriting, Hisyam has almost 10 years of experience as a linguist, with an impressive turnover rate of 7 million words per year. He does best when dealing with specific fields, such as Business, International Relations, ICT and Law.
