Elite Asia's Certified Translation Services are recognized by most^ government ministries and agencies for individuals that are applying for permanent residency, work pass applications, student pass applications or other official documents that require translation and certification before being presented to official authorities.

As Elite Asia's Certified Translation Services use detailed guidelines, techniques and standards * required for the validity of certified translations, accuracy is guaranteed and fraud is prevented. Our translators are also ready to endorse affidavits or notarize the translated document when necessary.

*Certified translations are often required to be an exact translation of the source without omitting or adding to the content and must be certified with the translator's signature or authorized personnel from an accredited translations company, in order to be accepted by the courts and the authorities.

^While most government ministries and agencies accept our certificate of translations as it is (along with the frequent change of requirements), there are cases where the notarization of such certificates are necessary as well as other requirements are needed. Hence, please be adviced that it is your responsibility to check with the accepting authorities the requirements before commissioning your certified translations with us.

For organisations or companies that require our Certified Translation Services, kindly let us know the content of the document, the receiving authority as well as other requirements (such as translator is required to sign an affidavit) in detail before you request for a quotation.

Please note that you can only collect your certified document between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If you are unable to collect your document in person, please inform the officer in charge of certified translations @ +65 6681 6717 to arrange for the document to be sent to you via courier. Please also note that full payment must be made before any courier arrangements can be made.
