JOB DESCRIPTION

• Customise language courses and workshops

• Manage marketing activities and promotions for the courses

• Manage freelance trainers

• Monitor on-going course progress

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma and above

• Experience in education and training service industry, passion for language and culture preferred

• Able to provide professional and satisfactory customer service

• Able to analyse market needs and develop relevant programs

• Presentable and possess good communication skills in English

• PC literate and resourceful

• 5-Day Week • Attractive Bonus Scheme
