*Terms and Conditions


 • These VALUE-ADDED SERVICES are applicable for new corporate client and inactive client. Inactive client refers to client whose last invoice with ELITE Asia was more than 6 months ago for translation project / more than 1 year ago for interpreting project.


 • The client must meet the minimum amount in a single invoice before he/she is able to redeem an item or service stated above.


 • Redemption is strictly on a first come first serve basis and whilst stock last.


 • If client has redeemed email signature or name card translation service, please email the source document to marketing@elitetranslations.asia. There will be an additional charge (per word) if the translation required is more than 30 words or in any case specialised translation is required.


 • Voucher on language course is not redeemable for cash.


 • The requested VALUE-ADDED SERVICES will be delivered within one to three weeks upon submission of redemption form.


 • ELITE Asia is not responsible for any loss or damage product from third parties.


 • ELITE Asia does not represent any third party in any way and vice versa.


 • ELITE Asia reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice and also replace items of similar value should the VALUE-ADDED SERVICES or product redeemed is not available.
